We continue to focus internally upon organization and productivity improvement by means such as the introduction of Lean Manufacturing principles, including 5S implementation, operator training, and setup reduction through Single Minute Exchange of Die (SMED) principles.

A key benefit of employing Anwer Tech is that we offer a Value Engineering Analysis capability. This capability enables us to offer customers technical feedback and advice for improving the product design and its manufacturability. This allows us to recommend improvements which will reduce manufacturing and material costs, whilst enhancing product functionality. Anwer Tech’s Value Engineering Analysis capability is not common within the precision machine shop industry and represents a significant benefit to customers.
