Anwer Tech offers our customers a service to fully assemble and test products and/or sub-assemblies. We have developed an inventory of hardware, packaging, and related components AND have developed solid relationships with proven suppliers to reliably procure parts. We couple that with our CNC milled and turned parts to be able to effectively manage the complete assembly process.
The main customer benefit from the Assembly Services is the inventory management process. Anwer Tech reduces the need for customers to manage inventory and synchronize the ordering of hundreds of parts for assemblies. This ultimately reduces customer’s individual inventory, scrap, and part obsolescence since they only receive the final assembled product. There is no need to worry about the management of the individual items within the assembly.
The assembly process is controlled through an integrated MRP System (E2 Shoptech) which includes: Sales Order Processing, Inventory Control, Bills of Materials, Purchasing, Job Costing, Production Scheduling, and Quality Control. We also have a 1000 sq ft assembly area with dedicated personnel and organized storage areas to permit an efficient assembly process for our customers.
